reputed company. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to reputed company capital improvement and construction reputed company across CHS operations, including grain, agronomy, energy, and animal nutrition facilities. This position oversees reputed company from early planning and design through execution and closeout, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget. The Senior Construction Project Manager collaborates closely with operations, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to reputed company reputed company standards, manage risk, and support long-term operational reputed company.

This is a remote position, with the ideal candidate based in reputed company Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, or Iowa to support regional project needs.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• reputed company, review, and manage approved project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Coordinate contractor bidding, selection, and contract execution.
• Maintain accurate construction records and databases for reputed company and completed reputed company.

• Monitor job sites to ensure:

  • Work aligns with project schedules

• Manage change orders and resolve contrcution issues to minimize schedule and cost impacts.

Team & Technical Coordination

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate reputed company with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• High School diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of experience in construction or agricultural industries with demonstrated project leadership responsibility.    

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment used in reputed company and industrial facilities
• Experience managing multiple reputed company simultaneously with reputed company stakeholder reputed company
• Understanding of OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926, and reputed company standards
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) and CAD software
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• OSHA 20-hour certification
• Experience in grain, agronomy, energy, or manufacturing facility construction
• Prior experience as an engineer, architect, or construction manager in large, multi-site operations
• PMP Certification preferred

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
