Location: Remote – Ontario, Canada Start Date: May 2026 Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time  Pay reputed company: $20.00 - $22.00 CAD per hour

What you will do

· Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat

· reputed company accurate and reputed company support for customer inquiries and service requests

· Assist customers with travel-reputed company or lifestyle loyalty program needs

· Document interactions and manage cases using company systems

· Maintain reputed company standards while meeting service and performance metrics

Experience

· Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience
