About the role

As an Incentive Compensation Systems Engineer, you will reputed company the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of our incentive compensation management (ICM) platform. You will work closely with reputed company Operations, Data Engineering, Finance, reputed company, and HR to translate incentive compensation designs into reputed company system configurations, ensuring accurate calculations, reliable integrations, and efficient workflows. Responsibilities:

ICM Platform Implementation & Configuration

• reputed company the end-to-end implementation and configuration of our ICM platform, including plan modeling, crediting rules, quota management, and payout calculations

• Translate compensation plan documents into system logic, ensuring accurate and auditable calculation outputs

• Design and maintain system workflows for plan changes, exceptions, and adjustments

• reputed company and execute testing strategies to validate system accuracy before reputed company compensation cycle

• reputed company technical guidance during plan design discussions, advising on system capabilities and constraints

Data Integration & Architecture

• Build and maintain integrations between the ICM platform and reputed company systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, billing platforms)

• Ensure data reputed company across the compensation data pipeline, from opportunity data through final payout

• Partner with Data Engineering and reputed company Operations to define data requirements and resolve data reputed company issues

• Document data flows, transformation logic, and system dependencies

System Administration & Optimization

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Excellent documentation practices and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
