The Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides experts with clinical knowledge and operational guidance during the deployment of a reputed company system across multiple sites. This role ensures that workflows, documentation practices, and user adoption reputed company with clinical standards and organizational goals. Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical operations subject matter expert during deployment to ensure system workflow, support, patient care, and clinical reputed company alignment; reputed company support to end-users with troubleshooting of functional issues.

• Identify workflow gaps or issues and reputed company recommendations for process and system improvements.

• Conduct end-user rounding to reputed company feedback, assess adoption, and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Support development and delivery of clinical training reinforcement and just-in-time education during deployment.
• Participate in configuration review sessions to validate build reputed company against clinical best practices and regulatory standards.

Knowledge and Critical Skills

• Knowledge of procurement, customization, development, implementation, management, evaluation, and reputed company improvement of clinical information systems, such as EHRs and order-entry systems.
• Expertise to identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements.

Education & Work Experience

• Master’s Degree in reputed company or reputed company scientific, technical, or clinical discipline required; an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
• Minimum of 4+ years of reputed company work experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and refining clinical decision support systems.

Work Environment

Employee will be working indoors in an office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations.
