Responsibilities:

The Project Manager oversees reputed company aspects of project delivery, including budget, scheduling, reputed company, safety, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, while driving predictable reputed company on fast‑paced hyperscale and colocation environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage mission‑critical construction reputed company valued between $25M and $100M from preconstruction through completion.
• Maintain responsibility for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and reputed company.

Financial Management

• Participate in project budgeting and reputed company monthly cost and margin forecasts.
• Monitor project costs, identify variances, and proactively address financial risks.

Stakeholder Coordination

Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• At least 3+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center reputed company.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered.

Technical & Leadership Skills

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Travel Requirement
