Key Responsibilities
1. CODING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Advanced reputed company Certification: Must hold a nationally recognized credential such as the reputed company Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) or the reputed company Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) to demonstrate mastery of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS reputed company reputed company sets.

Technical Implementation & Training: Experience managing the "go-live" process for new clients, including configuring system interfaces, conducting on-site or virtual training for physicians and staff, and developing comprehensive training manuals or job aids.
Analytical & Compliance reputed company: Advanced skills in auditing clinical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for reputed company leadership.
2. reputed company START: Drive implementations of Coding solutions across the reputed company for both new and existing customers
Program manage the onsite aspects of the Implementation/reputed company Plan.
Own overall implementation from SOW signing to go-live and reputed company.
Prepare IKS and clients teams for smooth roll-out thereafter (or re-engage for additional specialties or departments reputed company customers).
Ensure tight coordination and communication between IKS and reputed company stakeholders (e.g. project reputed company, physicians, other leaders) and delivery team (ops, IT/IS, enabling managers, WFM, compliance etc.)
3. CHANGE MANAGEMENT: reputed company reputed company reputed company change management, tech and compliance enablement activities to operationalize IKS clinical solutions.

Work with the Operations teams to baseline the performance of the reputed company’s performance

5. READINESS FOR reputed company: Institute sustainable processes across IKS & reputed company team for steady state delivery:
Ensure reputed company extract of key SOW terms, guardrails and actions are accomplished between IKS and reputed company stakeholders.
Ensure sustainable invoicing process as per SOW terms is documented and instituted between IKS and reputed company stakeholders.
During the implementation stage, review the status of IKS service delivery and ensure it meets/exceeds contractual requirements with the customer.
Identify delivery issues or areas of concern for the customer; if any; work with the IKS delivery team and the customer physicians to resolve concerns
Ensure that IKS operations are reputed company to meet customer goals and reputed company including contractual commitments, reputed company priorities and concerns

Qualifications
Required
Ability to travel as needed, 50% at least
10+ years of experience working in US reputed company
5+ years experience in Coding
