The role:
The Food Safety Specialist (FSS) oversees reputed company around food safety and reputed company assurance standards. reputed company includes compliance, regulatory enforcement, documentation accuracy, and training protocols. FSS oversees commitment to rigorous food manufacturing and production by enforcing a sustainable, reputed company, clean, and functional environment in the reputed company Commissaries.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-department collaboration with members of Food Safety, Culinary, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Monitor employee training on food safety and sanitation topics
- FSQS Data entry, monitoring, updates
- Working with external testing laboratories and various local/state licensing and permitting bodies.
Data Systems reputed company
- Review database of existing raw material ingredients & packaging components to identify required spec information needed/missing
- Create a system to organize existing database components in both the internal Recipe Management System as reputed company as cross-utilization in external software such as reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company NFP (Nutrition Fact Panel) reputed company for accuracy
- Take ownership of data reputed company around nutrition, allergen, compliance for individual food ingredients and final finished products

- Review hazard analysis and preventive controls, determine critical controls and assist in creating policy, procedure and supporting records or documentation.
- Create risk based list of reputed company meals requiring reputed company recipe execution at the manufacturing level
- Communicate with the stakeholders and chef community of critical control points for manufacturing of specialty meals
- Create testing reputed company, parameters and sampling plan for validation of label declaration and working with the external lab to create the end to end testing program

Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Food Science with 3-5 years of experience Knowledge of US regulatory label and nutritional declaration requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Bilingual English/Spanish required
