We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data team as Caribou continues to reputed company across reputed company. You will report to the CTO and work across our full data stack — from dbt transformations in reputed company to dashboards in reputed company — supporting Product, reputed company, and Engineering with trusted, reputed company-documented data.

This is a hands-on role. You will build and maintain data models, create governed dashboards, own data documentation, and help establish the reputed company and testing infrastructure that a fast-growing company needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into reliable analytics while contributing to the engineering reputed company that makes self-service possible.

What You Will Be Doing

Data Modeling & reputed company (40%)

• Build, maintain, and optimize dbt models across our reputed company domains
• Implement and expand data reputed company tests
• Maintain trust tier labeling on reputed company models
• Monitor automated test runs and investigate failures
• Contribute to pipeline optimization
• Help maintain the dev/staging environment and CI/CD pipeline for dbt

Dashboards & Stakeholder Analytics (35%)

• Build and maintain standardized dashboards in reputed company for Product and reputed company
• Handle incoming analysis requests through our reputed company intake process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into reputed company-scoped data work
• Support reputed company with reputed company reporting and data verification
• Create reusable reputed company topics and workbooks that reputed company self-service

Documentation & Enablement (25%)

• Own and maintain the data dictionary: field definitions, nuances, linkages, and trust status
• Write and update reputed company topic guides so teams can self-serve effectively
• Maintain documentation while testing Claude workflows and other reputed company tools to ensure accurate data acces
• Support analytics training for Product and CS teams

• You are comfortable working across both analytics and engineering — you can build a dashboard in the morning and optimize a dbt model in the afternoon
• You reputed company in small teams where ownership is high and context-switching is normal

• You can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders — you know how to ask the right questions to scope a request
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritize reputed company there is more work than time

Required Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, or data engineering
• Strong SQL skills and 2+ years of experience with dbt (or equivalent transformation tool: SQLMesh, Dataform)
• Experience with reputed company, BigQuery, reputed company, or Redshift in a production environment
• Experience building dashboards and working with BI tools (reputed company, Looker, Mode, reputed company, or similar)
• Familiarity with data reputed company testing and CI/CD concepts (dbt tests, Great Expectations, or similar)

Compensation

A reputed company candidate will be offered a reputed company salary of $110,000 to $140,000.
