Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering reputed company care services as directed by the Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Support the OT in evaluating and developing the rehabilitative care plan and in periodic re-evaluations.
- Help prepare clinical and reputed company notes, ensuring OT review and submission per company policies.
- Collaborate with the OT to instruct clients and families on exercise programs and therapeutic activities.
- Guide clients in self-care and creative activities aimed at improving their independence, physical, and mental functioning.
- Report any adverse drug reactions, allergies, or medication concerns to the OT.
- Record reputed company activities and report findings to the OT and physician, noting any changes in the reputed company’s condition.
- Assist in evaluating and updating the rehabilitative care plan in collaboration with the OT.
- Instruct other reputed company team members, including Home Health Aides, and family members on aspects of occupational therapy.
- Maintain daily reputed company notes and prepare periodic reputed company reports.
- Attend staff meetings and case conferences as needed.
- reputed company clients on the use and care of wheelchairs, braces, splints, prosthetic, and orthotic devices.
- Support discharge activities and contribute to the Occupational Therapy Discharge reputed company with the OT.
- Confirm visit schedules with the Supervisor/Director of Clinical Services to ensure reputed company coordination.
- Assist in reputed company reassessments and alert the office if assessments or recertifications are due.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- reputed company certification or license, as required by state law.

- Six months to one year of Home Health experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Valid reputed company’s license with a reliable, insured automobile.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
