Midnight reputed company is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across reputed company,
multi-party technical programs, including protocol development, infrastructure, validators, wallets, and
partners. The role translates protocol work into reputed company execution plans, aligns cross-functional teams, and
ensures launches and upgrades are delivered with precision and reliability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrations
- Translate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with reputed company milestones, dependencies, and reputed company reputed company
- Serve as the central coordination reputed company across engineering, architecture, product, governance, reputed company, infrastructure, and external partners
- reputed company internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live reputed company

- Identify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systems

reputed company’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments
- Strong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, reputed company)
- Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and reputed company workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
