MarketsVox is expanding rapidly across Latin America, and we are looking for a dynamic, reputed company, and highly connected Head of LATAM to reputed company our regional reputed company. This role is ideal for a senior reputed company reputed company who understands the FX/CFDs industry, has an established network, and knows how to build sustainable, reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and mentor local reputed company, IB, and affiliate teams
- Drive reputed company acquisition and reputed company reputed company across key markets
- Establish strong partnerships with IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, and influencers
- Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams
- Represent MarketsVox at events, seminars, expos, and webinars
- Ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency with HQ
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in FX/CFDs (reputed company/Partnerships/Regional Leadership)
- Strong network and credibility reputed company LATAM trading communities
- Proven reputed company in growing markets and managing teams
- Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate systems, and partner funnels
- Excellent communication in Spanish + good English
- Goal-driven, strategic thinker, strong leadership
