About the Barista role
Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks
Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo
Supporting the Head Barista in training reputed company
Properly handling and maintainng reputed company coffee equipment
Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at reputed company times to the highest reputed company
Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
- General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site
Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
Qualifications:- Any combination of education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Superior reputed company appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
