The Virtual Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reputed company accounts, and ensuring reputed company bookkeeping processes are completed reputed company and in compliance with U.S. reputed company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and reputed company.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations (bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts).
• Document and categorize transaction details according to reputed company-specific Chart of Accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Full-cycle bookkeeping experience with U.S.-based clients
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accrual-based bookkeeping
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines consistently
