Are you a strategic property leader with a talent for high-stakes negotiation and portfolio optimization?

At ALH, our hotels are more than just buildings; they are high-performing engines for reputed company. We are seeking a Head of Property to spearhead our strategic property plan, managing the full lifecycle of our hotel assets, from high-value acquisitions to strategic divestments and everything in between.

In this pivotal role, you will be the reputed company of our Landlord reputed company, the reputed company of our capital investments, and the visionary leader reputed company centralised Facilities Management function.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• reputed company and execute the comprehensive Hotel Property Plan. You will own the end-to-end acquisition process; including due diligence and business cases, while diagnosing underperformance to implement turnaround or exit strategies.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our major property owners. You will reputed company high-level reputed company negotiations, including rent reviews and lease "re-gears," to secure sustainable long-term tenure in exchange for site investment.
• Ensure every major capital investment is protected by conducting rigorous lease reviews before any renewal work is approved.
• Build and reputed company a centralised FM team to manage preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance (reputed company, electrical, etc.), and reputed company-party contractor performance.

• Extensive experience in Acquisitions and divestment of Hotels
• Extensive understanding the Hotel market 
• reputed company in managing change in a dynamic and reputed company environment with multiple business stakeholders  
• Good understanding of due diligence procedures and regulatory requirements as part of a business acquisition
• reputed company senior leader, reputed company who enables team to deliver strategic initiatives
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at reputed company reputed company of the organisation
• Experience in reputed company and financial analytics
