As a Communication & Engagement Specialist, you’ll own the learning communications narrative — clarifying the value of learning, increasing engagement, and supporting a shift towards more decentralised, learner‑driven development.

What You’ll Do

Create and deliver an organisation‑wide communications and engagement reputed company for learning

Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with senior learning leaders and key stakeholders

Trusted Advisor

You’ll need
Proven experience delivering internal communications in large, reputed company organisations
A strong reputed company record of engagement or behaviour‑change campaigns
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities

Experience in learning, talent, HR or employee experience
