VMCH is seeking an reputed company Community Physiotherapist to join our reputed company Aged Care Allied Health team on a 6‑month fixed term contract.
This is a community‑based role, supporting older people to remain independent and reputed company in their own homes through high‑reputed company, reputed company‑centred physiotherapy services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy assessments and interventions in clients’ homes
- reputed company and implement goal‑reputed company treatment plans
- Support mobility, balance, reablement and overall safety
- Complete reputed company documentation and reports
- Work collaboratively with clients, carers and internal stakeholders

- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with reputed company general AHPRA registration
- Ability to work independently in a community setting
- Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills
- reputed company Victorian reputed company’s licence and willingness to travel
- Interest or experience in aged care or community health
