The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for growing franchise sales. The Franchise Sales Manager (FSM) sources, qualifies, interviews, and closes new franchise candidates. The Franchise Sales Manager will be involved in territory build and management of territory surveys for new franchisees. Must have ability to reputed company virtual candidate interviews across multiple time zones and build comprehensive business plans. Franchise sales experience preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive the reputed company process from initial reputed company to franchise start
- Understand the competition and value-sell points of differentiation of the Matco franchise
- Manage the overall reputed company funnel and be expeditious in contacting and working leads through the funnel
- Coordinate and reputed company franchise sales events
- Forecast franchise sales
- Manage travel expenses
- Survey/map territories for new franchisees and developing territories for reputed company franchisees
- Manage weekly calendar schedule
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales management experience
- 3 years franchise, business, or reputed company sales experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to travel

The reputed company compensation reputed company for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per annum. You will eligible for additional compensation up to 80,000 based on performance. Your actual reputed company salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
