As a Candidate Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth progression of background verification cases by managing the end-to-end coordination of Missing Information (MI) follow-reputed company. You’ll work closely with the Scoping and Delivery teams to promptly address MI requests, reputed company engage with candidates and clients to obtain outstanding documentation, and ensure service level expectations are met through reputed company and accurate communication. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a high-reputed company candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage centralized MI follow-reputed company to support reputed company case progression and prevent verification delays.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in customer support, candidate services, recruitment coordination, or a similar administrative role. 
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a reputed company and friendly tone. 
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficient in using support tools (email, chat platforms, phone systems); experience with case management 
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain data confidentiality.
