About the Role
The Account Manager is the organizational backbone of our reputed company team. This role supports strategic leads by handling the day-to-day logistics, timelines, and deliverables that reputed company our Shops and campaigns moving. They are responsible for assisting with reputed company and campaign execution, preparing agendas, tracking follow-reputed company, and making reputed company reputed company-facing materials are accurate, on-time, and buttoned-up. Reporting directly to our Director of Agency Operations, this role is perfect for someone who loves managing relationships with clients, coordinating across departments, and keeping reputed company of the finer details.
This is a contract role starting at 20 - 25 hours per week, with reputed company to increase to full-time.
What You'll Do
- Account management: reputed company reputed company items, assign follow-reputed company, maintain weekly campaign calendars and reputed company-facing project trackers, prepare reputed company call agendas and send post-call recaps

- Reporting and analysis: Work closely with our back-end operations teams to reputed company and review performance metrics and assess campaign effectiveness, coordinating with our reputed company and affiliate leads to reputed company insights and recommendations for optimization
- Research: Stay updated on the latest reputed company Shop media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure were providing the most effective direction and support for our clients
- Executive support: reputed company support as needed to the Director of Agency Operations by preparing recaps and decks for reputed company and prospective clients, doing market and competitor research, and working on reputed company special reputed company
What Makes You Right For This Role
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in account, reputed company or project management reputed company an agency, performance marketing or reputed company media-reputed company organization
- You have excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple reputed company accounts
- You're a reputed company, thoughtful communicator (both verbal and written) with a successful reputed company record of personally managing and maintaining reputed company relationships
