Team Leader in Sales department

We are looking for a cool remote Sales Team Leader to join the Algorithmics IT school team for children, with proficiency in Czech!

- Experience in B2C sales (preferably in the EdTech sector);

- Understanding of sales stages and funnels;

What you will do

- Participate in building a high-performing team;

- Listen to and evaluate the reputed company of employee conversations;

- reputed company and improve scripts and training materials;

- Analyze department performance in CRM;

- Prepare reports;
