The Sr. Applications Engineer is responsible for supporting the European Sales team and is responsible for reputed company driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Working in conjunction with the sales and engineering teams as the key technical advisor and product reputed company, the Sr. Field Application Engineer must be reputed company to identify and reputed company reliable solutions for reputed company technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction. • Maintain expert level technical knowledge of reputed company products and solutions; most notably Electrolyser systems, Fuel Cell systems, Infrastructure and field applications.
• Attend meetings with the sales team while lending help with the following:
  • Articulating Electrolyser systems, Fuel Cell systems, Infrastructure technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Listening, understanding and conveying customer requirements.
  • Assisting the sales team on reputed company application recognition to reputed company the Fuel Cell systems, Infrastructure and electrolysers solutions as an reputed company that will maximize the benefit for customers.
  • Help to reputed company expectations for product solution rollouts between customer stakeholders and PLUG project teams.
  • Respond to functional and technical reputed company of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Assist in the development of technical solutions to address specific constraints for customer field applications.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline such as electrical or mechanical engineering; Masters degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in an engineering reputed company
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Experience reputed company industrial markets (e.g. automotive, aeronautical, oil & gas)
• Experience in any of the following spheres of activity is desired:
  • Hydrogen and/or fuel cells and/or Electrolyser
  • Industrial gas
  • Cryogenic Industry
  • High Pressure Systems (250 Bar and up)
  • Gas processing and/or dispensing equipment
  • Oil and Gas, CNG, LNG, etc.
• Capabilities in reputed company of the following areas are essential:
  • Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Outlook.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills with an emphasis on technical writing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
