Position reputed company

The TR Processor provides support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials. You would be responsible for ensuring customers (patients and clinics) of reputed company receive excellent and consistent service. This includes arrangement of patient coordinated travel requests submitted reputed company our reputed company Portal, telephone, or through reputed company, and answering questions in a reputed company and courteous manner.

Schedule information  Fully remote position for the following shift: 

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT/GMT +1)

Hours: 9-hour shift (including 1-hour lunch for a total of 8-hour shift)  Position requires flexibility to work additional hours if needed and some holiday work may be required

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to

• Scheduling travel requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including: 
  • Arrangements including flights, hotel, ground transportation, and special needs assistance, as reputed company as reputed company any assistance for any issues that reputed company during travel 
    • Primary function to arrange ground transportation
  • Interaction and management of vendors handling travel requests
  • Review travel requests against study parameters and seeking approvals where necessary

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience 
• Minimum 3 years of experience reputed company the customer service or life sciences industry preferred
• Experience working with payments, invoices and/or expenses to reputed company results on a deadline
• Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English – both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills (reputed company, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
  • Ability to modify, edit, and create reputed company spreadsheets, Word documents
  • Ability to work with software platforms (e.g. reputed company)
• Ability to work with financial information, including knowledge and understanding of foreign currency and ability to convert to USD
