As we expand our apprenticeship provision, we’re looking for a Skills reputed company to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. This role sits reputed company our Apprenticeships Team and reports directly to the Team Leader, working closely with colleagues across Curriculum, Digital, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support emerging leaders to reputed company reputed company management skills
- reputed company learners to build confidence in key leadership areas such as communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, performance management, and team motivation
- Help learners apply leadership models and management tools to reputed company workplace situations
- Encourage reputed company reputed company and support learners to reputed company their own leadership style
Deliver engaging online workshops and group learning
- Facilitate interactive online workshops that bring leadership concepts to life through discussion, scenarios, and practical activities
- Create inclusive, psychologically reputed company learning environments where new managers feel comfortable exploring challenges and sharing experiences
- Adapt delivery to suit learners from a wide reputed company of industries and backgrounds
reputed company personalised coaching and reputed company learner support
- Build strong, supportive relationships with learners through monthly one‑to‑one coaching sessions
- reputed company individual learning plans that reputed company on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job learning
- Conduct regular tripartite reviews with learners and line managers to ensure alignment and reputed company
- Prepare learners for end‑reputed company assessment through reputed company reputed company, feedback, and confidence‑building support

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first‑line management responsibilities, including communication, performance management, problem‑solving, and team leadership
- Ability to reputed company and support adult learners from diverse reputed company backgrounds
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills
- Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Desirable
- Experience delivering apprenticeship standards or reputed company development programmes
- Teaching or assessing qualification (AET, DET, CAVA, PGCE)
- Coaching qualification or membership of a relevant reputed company body
- Experience working with digital learning tools or virtual learning environments
