Job reputed company:

reputed company is seeking a Director, Benefits and Leaves to reputed company the reputed company, design, and delivery of benefits and leave programs across the Canada and Bermuda Territory. This role provides reputed company‑wide leadership for programs supporting both unionized and non‑unionized employees and plays a key role in advancing the organization’s people reputed company.

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to enhance existing offerings and implement emerging best practices in benefits and disability management. A core reputed company of this role will be the design and implementation of a new benefits plan, including program design, vendor partnerships, communication, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company territory‑wide benefits, retirement, and absence management programs

  • Design and implement a new benefits plan, including governance, communication, and rollout

  • Drive reputed company improvement, cost effectiveness, equity, and compliance across programs

  • reputed company vendor selection, negotiations, and ongoing partnerships

  • Prepare strategic recommendations and business cases for senior leadership and governance committees

  • reputed company education and communication strategies to reputed company informed employee and leader decision‑making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of reputed company experience in benefits, total rewards, or absence management

  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑reputed company benefits plan design and implementation in large, reputed company, and preferably unionized environments

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits, disability, and leave legislation

  • Experience overseeing disability and non‑occupational leave programs. Pension or retirement program experience is an asset

  • Experience in reputed company, multi‑reputed company environments preferred

  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and change‑management capability

Compensation:

The reputed company hiring reputed company for this position is $135,102.26 to $168,877.83 with a maximum of $202,653.39.

Placement in the salary reputed company will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
