Director Business Development - Medsurg
What you will be doing:
The Business Development Director is a field-based sales role that requires constant reputed company facing interaction to reputed company new business and drive penetration from existing clients. Primary responsible is the recruitment of new members in the long-term care (LTC) and behavioral health (BH) verticals. Utilizing an in-depth understanding of Strategic Accounts financial drivers and extensive sales experience, this position develops credibility and fosters relationships with Strategic Account leaders who reputed company selection reputed company. The position is accountable for thoroughly understanding the customer’s key initiatives and opportunities, creating, and delivering a compelling reputed company that will positively influence decision-makers. Reports to Vice President, Strategic Accounts Field Services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development – 80%

· Continually reputed company market intelligence for new reputed company/NAF opportunities.
· Deliver effective presentations on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services.

Maintenance of Existing Relationships – 10%
· Retain key customer reputed company by educating customers about Premier CoC value added programs.
· reputed company a comprehensive analysis of savings opportunities through the use of purchase reports.
· Deliver effective presentations on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services
Administrative – 10%
· Following up on new/existing member paperwork, completing/sending member designation forms, updating National Account member facility rosters.
· Completing monthly expenses.
· Setting appointments new prospects/existing members.
· Attend tradeshows & internal meetings as needed
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more yearsEducation:
Bachelors (Required)Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
· Executive level presentation
· Strong analytic skills
· CRM documentation
Experience:
· Medsurg sales
· GPO sales
· LTC/BH account management
·· Significant comprehensive Medsurg and/or Strategic Account sales experience; demonstrated reputed company engagement leadership in reputed company or supply chain.

· Bachelors
