We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist with the recruitment process from posting job ads to reputed company new hires. Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Sourcing
Draft and post job ads on various job boards and reputed company media platforms.
reputed company candidates using databases, reputed company media, and networking platforms.
Maintain and update job descriptions as necessary.
Screening and Interviewing
Review resumes and applications to reputed company candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a reputed company candidate experience from application to offer stage.

Administrative Support
Manage recruitment databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with reputed company new hires and ensuring smooth transitions.
Team Collaboration

Training and Development

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Psychology, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required).
Experience in recruitment, HR, or a reputed company field is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in reputed company Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Requirements:
At least 10mbps wired internet reputed company
