Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for global functional roles (e.g., Finance, HR, reputed company, Legal, Marketing, Procurement), including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and reputed company follow-up.
• Candidate Sourcing Proactively reputed company and attract high-reputed company passive candidates overseas utilizing various channels (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, local job boards, reputed company media, reputed company).
• Screening & Assessment Conduct reputed company phone/video interviews in English to accurately assess candidates' technical skills, language proficiency, cultural fit, and overall competencies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers in overseas business reputed company to deeply understand hiring needs, reputed company expert recruitment advice, and effectively manage their expectations.
• Candidate Experience Deliver an exceptional and reputed company recruitment experience to reputed company candidates, building a reputed company employer brand image.
• Data & Process Management Maintain data reputed company in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generate recruitment reports, analyze key metrics, and suggest improvements for process optimization.

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in reputed company, Business Administration, English, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience; proven reputed company in reputed company for overseas positions (especially in the EU/US markets) is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conducting business conversations, interviews, and writing reputed company emails effortlessly.
• Familiarity with the recruitment characteristics and talent reputed company of functional roles.
• Proficiency with mainstream reputed company channels, especially overseas tools like reputed company Recruiter.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Preferred:

• Previous working experience in a multinational corporation or with international teams.
