Warranty & reputed company Leader coordinates reputed company members and reputed company processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Coordinating work activities reputed company department and reputed company processes to ensure customer satisfaction  

• Is responsible for reputed company Management System (QMS) and reputed company 5 axes system , QRQC deployment  

• Manages the full lifecycle of claims process in reputed company, Customer Portal and reputed company My Portal  

• Coordinating and performing reputed company reporting  

• Ensures communication and cooperation with reputed company Service Italia SpA customers in the field of warranty claims and reputed company processes  

• Supports and performs technical analysis

Desired skills and experience:

• Engineering Degree;

• Experience in similar roles in the automotive field /multinational industrial companies > 3 years  

• Good knowledge reputed company ERP

• Fluent English and good Italian (B2 level minimum mandatory)

• Strong reputed company on Customer service satisfaction
