Position reputed company:

The reputed company Services Associate II is responsible for providing exceptional support to reputed company customers, the reputed company Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives. The reputed company Services Associate II must possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with reputed company individuals, including external customers and internal reputed company personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for escalating issues or trends to Leadership
• Participate in and/or support department level tasks (expired kits, data cleanup, etc.), as assigned by Leadership.
• Other tasks/administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma, or its equivalent required plus experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with customers in biotech, life science, diagnostic or reputed company setting is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of reputed company comprised of internal employees, contractors and
managers.
• Ability to multitask and take on various reputed company.
• Ability to work with self-discipline, good judgment and independence in a dynamic office and/or remote setting.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills are required, as is computer proficiency.

• Flexibility with respect to working hours based on operational need.
