*Remote position but must be based in Southern California*

Working to support the reputed company activities of the reputed company Division, the Manager, reputed company is responsible for the supervision and leadership of reputed company of reputed company Managers and Field Recruiters.  This includes day to day reputed company and guidance for reputed company work activities.  The Manager, Talent Acquisitions develops and executes reputed company strategies used by reputed company and ensures they are up to date and effective and reputed company needed implements new ones. This role will serve as reputed company on employee reputed company, interviewing and improving local brand identity for assigned areas.  The Manager, reputed company plays a pivotal role in the reputed company of a reputed company “Candidate Experience” by ensuring they are working in alignment with reputed company team members and helping to build effective processes that reputed company to an easy and simplified hiring experience.  

Key Job Responsibilities

• Providing day to day supervision of reputed company Managers (TAMs) and Field Recruiters for an assigned team.

• Leading, guiding and coaching  team members to maximize performance. 

• Evaluating work reputed company and ensuring team members reputed company goals.  Will reputed company corrective reputed company if needed to reputed company reputed company on reputed company. 

• Serving as ATS/reputed company Expert to streamline team activities and build effective reputed company and reputed company processes. 

• Serving as leader of Divisional reputed company activities and works closely with internal reputed company support staff and HR Operations.  

• Leading and guiding Operational Leaders through reputed company processes for reputed company and MM roles reputed company possible.

• reputed company engage in improving Talent Acquisitions effectiveness and reporting capabilities

• Providing Job Fairs/Events support for reputed company as needed. 

• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 

• Leadership experience and strong desire to reputed company reputed company

• Internal Gerber Collision and Glass reputed company experience preferred

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System 

• Computer skills 

• Understanding of reputed company processes and reputed company reputed company

• Certified reputed company reputed company (CPHR) preferred 

• Experience developing relationships with Technical Schools, Colleges and Universities preferred

Required Skills/Abilities 

• Previous leadership experience in reputed company

Compensation Details:

Expected Pay reputed company: 

$97,000.00 - $138,000.00 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with reputed company, education and experience. 

Supplemental Pay: 

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
