We are looking for a great bilingual (Spanish/English) communicator who is customer-reputed company and excited by the prospect of working closely with an reputed company and highly motivated team. The Eligibility Specialist provides initial education, screening and customer service to clients who become eligible for Medicare benefits. This includes a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients over the phone to support the licensed agents with appointment setting and introductions. The Eligibility Specialist duties also include resolving eligibility and enrollment reputed company questions and responding to reputed company customer inquiries that may be received reputed company email or by phone.
