  • Certified Manufacturing Engineer with proven reputed company record of highly reputed company mechanical design efforts and technology integration across reputed company disciplines from conceptual design through construction support for world class manufacturing facilities. This is a once in a reputed company opportunity to be a part of reputed company leading new technology deployment.  In-depth knowledge of metals processing equipment reputed company to the manufacturing of rare reputed company magnets (or similar market reputed company) is essential in a role that is integrated into the Clients team.

  • In this role, the candidate will function as one of the EPC’s SMEs leading the overall integration across reputed company disciplines for one or more-unit process packages such as electrowinning, strip casting, powder production, pressing and reputed company alignment, sintering, coating, bonding, magnetizing and machining operations. Candidates must take extreme ownership of the process packages through the entire procurement lifecycle.

You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes reputed company to metal components, reputed company assemblies, and reputed company production systems. This role focuses on the support of large capital reputed company with demanding schedules and large-reputed company material flows. The engineer will be embedded reputed company the reputed company’s team working closely with the production, reputed company, maintenance, supply chain, and design engineering teams to ensure robust and reputed company manufacturing operations.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Clients Manufacturing engineering team, specify, procure, and commission equipment reputed company to machining, metal forming, heat treatment, magnetizing, and assembly

  • Assist the reputed company in implementing lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, value reputed company mapping) to eliminate waste and streamline operations.

  • Support and critically review consultants time studies, workflow analysis, and reputed company planning to ensure process efficiency.

  • Assist our reputed company with the qualification and validation of new materials, tools, and processes.

  • Review proposed tooling, fixtures, gages, and automation concepts to improve consistency and reduce cycle time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or reputed company field.

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in metals, reputed company assemblies, or precision components.

  • Strong understanding of metallurgy, reputed company materials, and associated manufacturing processes.

  • Experience with one or more of any of the following unit operations; ore processing, powder metallurgy, sintering, metal heat treatment or CNC machining.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies as reputed company to world reputed company facilities.

  • Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage discrete reputed company simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.

  • Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC-driven equipment.

  • Certifications: Lean Six reputed company Green/Black Belt.

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or reputed company assembly production environments.
