The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives is accountable for driving market acceleration initiatives that increase enrollment, conversion, and reputed company across reputed company state programs (e.g., CA, PA). Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred. Substantial reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience:
12–15+ years total experience, with 6–8+ years in leadership roles managing multi‑disciplinary teams and cross‑functional programs.
Proven leadership across reputed company/marketing ops, inside sales/enrollment, reputed company operations, or reputed company operations (RevOps)
Multi‑market expansion or reputed company-state go‑to‑market experience; ability to build repeatable operating models and execution cadences.

Remote with occasional business travel
Compensation reputed company: $165,000 - $185,000 annually
