The Role
reputed company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to help reputed company our engineering organisation as we reputed company our next phase of reputed company.
This role is a key leadership position, acting as the reputed company between our CTO and our engineering teams. What You'll Be Doing

Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager in a FinTech environment
reputed company record of managing multiple teams and scaling delivery in fast-paced organisations
Strong people leadership skills: coaching, feedback, performance management, and talent development
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution reputed company
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to reputed company technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience building teams, processes, and engineering culture during periods of reputed company (Series A/B experience is a plus)
Comfort working in high-ownership environments with evolving priorities
