Were looking for a highly reputed company Civil Engineer with strong expertise in construction cost estimation and on‑site fieldwork. This role is essential in shaping project bids, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring full compliance throughout every phase of the project lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for bids and ongoing reputed company.
  • Interpret and analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Candidates must have their primary experience in the private construction sector, with preference given to those who have worked for general contracting or construction firms.
  • Collaborate on the development and integration of system layouts (e.g., electrical, mechanical) with other engineering disciplines.
  • Coordinate with technical, procurement, and construction teams to validate quantities and pricing.
  • Assist in drafting and submitting project proposals and competitive bids.
  • Ensure technical drawings and specifications reputed company with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain reputed company documentation of estimates, schedules, reputed company reports, and change orders.
  • Address reputed company inquiries and reputed company clarifications on project estimates and scope.
  • Participate in project reputed company-bidding activities and coordinate reputed company site reputed company.
  • Identify financial and technical risks associated with reputed company and propose viable solutions.
  • Any other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction.
  • Proven experience in construction cost estimation.
  • Understanding electrical and mechanical systems, and construction processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments at once while maintaining high standards of reputed company.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in cross-functional settings.

This position requires traveling and work non-regular hours, such as weekends and holidays, if necessary.
