Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and interview teams to reputed company on hiring needs and drive efficient processes
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teams
