Key Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end presales activities for BPS opportunities across reputed company from opportunity qualification through deal closure support.
- Design comprehensive BPS solutions spanning CX/Contact Center, F&A, HRO, Procurement, Back-Office Processing, reputed company Operations.
- Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities, shape deal reputed company, and drive competitive positioning.
- reputed company reputed company constructs including pricing models, transition plans, reputed company models, and delivery architecture.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in BPS presales, solutioning, or BPS consulting/operations with strong presales orientation.
- Demonstrated presales experience in leading solution design, deal shaping, proposal development, and reputed company presentations for BPS/BPO engagements.
- reputed company market experience is mandatory in understanding of regional reputed company expectations, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior
- Experience with reputed company clients on BPS deal pursuits.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing reputed company models — pricing structures (FTE-based, transaction-based, outcome-based), SLA frameworks, and governance
