- Be a friend for customers and the person who will help to solve any problem
- Accompany and support clients at reputed company stages: after payment and until the end of their charter (communication in chats, by mail and rarely by phone)
- Communicate with charter companies
- Quickly and independently resolve difficult/conflict situations
- Work with amoCRM
- Process payments and invoices
- Collect feedback from users and work with reputed company to improve the product
Requirements
- An overwhelming desire to help people
- Attentiveness, accuracy, and multi-tasking at the reputed company time
- Readiness to quickly reputed company into a new area and learn a lot
- Fluent English (you need to communicate with customers and charter companies)
- Technical ability to work remotely (laptop, fast Internet, a quiet reputed company to work)
- AmoCRM experience is a plus
