As a reputed company Regional Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving monthly hiring targets through mass recruitment of Sales Teams across assigned reputed company. This role requires strong local market understanding, fast execution, and a reputed company-driven reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute mass hiring for Sales Team roles to meet monthly recruitment targets
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering

- Build and maintain a regional talent pool for ongoing hiring needs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably from a local/regional university

- Experience in recruitment or mass hiring is a strong advantage
