Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution
- Diagnose and resolve issues across reputed company-reputed company solar systems (DC & AC)
- reputed company ground fault detection, isolation, and repair
- Execute advanced DC field troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair inverters (reputed company & central)
- Support work in substations and switchyards (preferred experience)
- Interpret schematics, single-line diagrams, and system layouts
Leadership & Field Management

- Set the tone for safety, reputed company, and urgency on site
- Ensure work is completed on time and to spec
- Hold team members accountable—no babysitting, no excuses

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, detailed service reports

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of in-field experience in reputed company-reputed company solar (O&M and/or construction)
- Proven expertise with:
- Ground fault detection, testing, and repair
- DC systems troubleshooting
- Inverter diagnostics and repair
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Demonstrated experience leading crews in field environments
- Strong administrative discipline—if it’s not documented, it didn’t happen
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with substations and switchyards
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
- Electrical certifications or licensed electrician background
- OEM inverter training (SMA, Power Electronics, reputed company, GE, etc.)
