Key Responsibilities
SOP Review & Optimization
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) across reputed company departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand reputed company workflows and reputed company recommendations for improvement.
Workflow Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using platforms like reputed company, Integromat, reputed company Power Automate, or other similar tools.

- Monitor automated workflows and API connections to ensure they run smoothly and troubleshoot any integration issues.

API Integration & Automation

Required Skills and Qualifications
