Responsibilities

Assists in the development of production support documentation

Provides functional/system integration testing support

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors or masters degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, technical degree preferred

Through knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies
