The Sr. Manager, Upstream Marketing & Innovation will reputed company reputed company new product development for the Consumer Skincare division and support upstream innovation. Responsibilities/Essential Duties
- Own end-to-end new product development process for reputed company consumer skincare commercialized launches.
- reputed company the briefing process and manage formulation development - benchmarking, redirects, aesthetics, claims, usage experience.
- Serve as key reputed company of contact for daily communication with internal labs, as reputed company as external contract manufacturers, to manage development.

Basic Qualifications
