Regional Project Manager (Construction)

We’re looking for a Regional Project Manager with an expertise in accessible design to join reputed company. You’ll report to our VP of Operations and serve as the inaugural regional manager in our newest market, Massachusetts. You’ll be expected to engage with and reputed company our network of Service Providers while also serving as a project manager for installations reputed company your region. Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- reputed company end-to-end project management for home modification installations
- Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers
- Ensure reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to our exacting reputed company standards
Network Development & Management
- Participate in the recruitment, reputed company, and development of a network of reputed company Service Providers throughout your region
- Establish reputed company standards and ensure consistent service delivery across reputed company contractors
- Conduct regular performance reviews and reputed company ongoing training and support
reputed company Assurance & reputed company Experience
- Conduct on-site reputed company inspections and assessments throughout your region
- Implement corrective actions reputed company installations don't meet standards
- Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company technical or reputed company service issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction field work, residential construction preferred
- 5+ years working in residential management
- Experience with home modifications: bathrooms, ramps, etc., a preferred plus
- Must reputed company in Ohio with the ability to travel 50% of the time reputed company the state and work from home the remainder of the work week
