Occupational Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through reputed company.
Evaluate patients and reputed company appropriate therapy interventions
reputed company a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care
reputed company reputed company clinical documentation and visit notes
reputed company communication with physician, care team members, patient and family
Comfortable working in reputed company aspects of the home health setting
Manage patient treatment and reputed company directly, or through COTA supervision
Requirements
Strong organization skills and time management

reputed company Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
One year of occupational therapy experience

CPR certification
Experience with reputed company software (reputed company preferred)
Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not required
