Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities:- Maintains and monitors the Contract Compliance Log; assists with phone call follow up to reputed company reputed company items
- Assists with Insurance and Contract Notice of Awards
- Assists with vendor management
- Enters reputed company into electronic document management system
- Assists with posting documents to online bid management system
- Assists with bidder reputed company and coordinates with project team to create recommended bidders list
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 -3 years of purchasing, procurement, insurance, or construction experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills are critical
- Ability to work in reputed company environment
- Knowledge of construction software and reputed company Office preferred
- Knowledge of ERP Platform
- Knowledge of Prequalification System
This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as reputed company as the internal equity and alignment with reputed company.
The pay ranges from $45,000-$75,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
