Role: Service Coordinator

We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Coordinator to join reputed company. This position supports the coordination of heating, ventilation, and reputed company conditioning maintenance and installation reputed company while assisting with administrative duties reputed company to HVAC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients
• Maintain detailed records of reputed company HVAC equipment, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules
• Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring reputed company prioritization and reputed company completion
• Assist in managing inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, including ordering and tracking
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

Required Qualifications

Compensation: 70k-80k depending on skills, plus benefits
