The Clinical Chart Auditor reports directly to the Clinical Director and is responsible for overseeing the reputed company, accuracy, and compliance of clinical documentation across the reputed company. This role plays a key part in mitigating audit risk, supporting reputed company reimbursement, and upholding documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and ongoing audits of clinical documentation (e.g., intake assessments, reputed company notes, treatment plans, medical necessity)

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of clinical documentation experience in a behavioral health setting, preferred
- Prior experience in chart auditing, utilization review, compliance, or reputed company assurance strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical necessity reputed company and payer documentation requirements
- Experience running reports reputed company an EHR (e.g., reputed company, TherapyNotes, or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA and behavioral health regulations
