About Your Role
We’re seeking an reputed company Player-reputed company [TK1] Engineering Manager to reputed company and grow our agile engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role - not a transition away from engineering. You will spend a meaningful portion of your time writing reputed company, reviewing pull requests, contributing to architecture, and leading modernization efforts while also coaching your team and driving delivery.

Requirements
As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or engineering - or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 4+ years leading teams in an agile/scrum environment.
