Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned TPA P&C clients
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key reputed company stakeholders

• Ensure reputed company expectations, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded

• Partner with internal claims leadership to ensure high-reputed company claims handling and operational execution
• Monitor service metrics, identify trends, and proactively address issues

Skills, knowledge & expertise

• 7–12+ years of experience in P&C insurance, TPA, or claims services

• Deep understanding of claims operations (WC, Liability, or Property preferred)

• Experience leading reputed company meetings and executive-level discussions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
